Our services are designed for both companies organizing and setting up trade fairs and exhibitions, as well as for individual exhibitors. We allow you to fully focus on your visitors and customers, while we take care of all logistics for your participation and ensure the smooth running of every event.

Thanks to our extensive transport capacities and flexibility, we offer comprehensive transportation services, whether by truck, sea, or air. Our experienced dispatchers ensure the execution and monitoring of each shipment from the initial order to delivery at the destination. Direct contact with drivers allows us to closely track the progress of each transport and respond immediately to any changes, guaranteeing you a seamless and timely service.

We’ll take care of:

Comprehensive forwarding service for domestic and international trade fairs

  • Arrangement of shipments to the exhibition venue and back
  • Road transport – full truckload or groupage
  • Air transport via Prague Ruzyně Airport
  • Sea transport – containerized or groupage shipments
  • Customs clearance of shipments for export and import, including ATA Carnets where permitted

Services at the exhibition venue

  • Unloading shipments and delivering them to the booth
  • Unpacking and/or packing exhibits at the booth, including environmentally friendly disposal of packaging materials
  • Customs clearance of shipments in non-EU countries
  • Storage of shipments before and after the exhibition in customs and non-customs warehouses
  • Storage of empties during the exhibition
  • Assembly and disassembly at the booth

For the assembly and disassembly of the booth, we provide the necessary handling personnel and all required equipment – forklifts, cranes, lifting platforms, and hand pallet trucks. We also take care of collecting empty packaging from the exhibitor’s booth, storing it for the duration of the exhibition, and returning it to the booth afterwards. After the exhibition ends, we handle the loading of the entire exhibit or individual items and organize the return transport.
