Customs clearance is offered as a separate service in the Czech Republic. Outside the Czech Republic the customs services are provided only as a part of the exhibition freight forwardingservice at the exhibition or event venue.
Customs clearance includes:
- Representation in customs at the customs office
- Preparing and processing the customs declarations and documents (SAD, T1, TCP, TIR carnet, the ATA carnet)
- Preparing and processing of documents of origin of the goods (EUR 1, A.TR, Form A certificate)
- Assumption of liability for customs duty debts from third world countries in the case that our company is also providing transport
- Dealing with the EORI number
